Holistic Coaching Platform
Redesign across a coaching ecosystem: a user-facing mobile app, a coach-facing dashboard, and a supporting marketing website. One of the more complex projects I've worked on in terms of surface count and flow depth. Held under NDA.

The Problem
The platform needed to serve two distinct user types, people seeking coaching and coaches managing their clients, from within the same product ecosystem. Each surface had different goals, different mental models, and different success metrics.
The Solution
Mapped the full user journey for both sides before a single screen was designed. Built separate but connected experiences for each user type, with a clear information architecture underneath both. Handled everything from UX flows and wireframes to final UI and handoff documentation. Under NDA. Request access for details.
