By accessing this website or purchasing any product or service from Dhiraj Ingle, you agree to the following terms.
Digital Products
All templates and digital products (including Framer templates, Notion templates, and wallpaper packs) are created by Dhiraj Ingle and sold for personal and commercial use. You may use and customise them for your own projects or client work.
You may not resell, redistribute, or repackage these products as your own. You may not share purchased files publicly or transfer your licence to another person.
Client Services
Service agreements (website design, development, and visual identity projects) are governed by a separate project agreement or proposal shared before work begins. This page covers general terms only.
Payments
All digital product purchases are one-time and non-recurring unless stated otherwise. Service project pricing and payment terms are agreed upon per project.
Ownership
All original designs and creative assets produced by Dhiraj Ingle remain his intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon payment, the agreed deliverables transfer to the client as outlined in the project agreement.
Changes
These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of this website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
