Sankalp De-Addiction Centre

A website for a de-addiction centre, built around the fears families have before they ever pick up the phone.

Families who come to us are often scared and unsure, so the website needed to feel safe, not like an advertisement. Dhiraj understood that right away. It’s simple, it speaks our language, and enquiries have gone up since launch.

The Problem

Sankalp de-addiction centre had no digital presence, no website, no clear identity, no online message. For a field where trust matters before the first call, that meant people who needed help weren’t finding them, and when they did, they had no way to feel safe.

The Solution

+34%

Increase in inquiry calls after launch

From visual identity and a website around the questions families actually ask: is it safe, will they be treated with dignity, can they afford it, and is it private. I also added local SEO, real photography, and content that directly addresses those fears so people feel comfortable reaching out and keeping it straight with simple 2 CTA's: call or WhatsApp us.
